Zest of Mind (ZoM) is dedicated to enhancing overall well-being and fostering a healthy lifestyle for all, with a focus on improving both physical and mental fitness, ultimately leading to a reduction in stress, anxiety, fear, and frustration. Our collaborative efforts extend to sports centres, health clubs, and like-minded organisations, where we provide an array of offerings such as personal development courses, discussion forums, sports activities, and more. Our core mission revolves around the promotion and exploration of well-being, a comprehensive healthy lifestyle, and the cultivation of positive life choices for individuals, families, and the broader community, with the ultimate goal of fortifying individuals, their families, and their communities.

Our Objectives

  1. Deliver ready-made and bespoke programs in fitness, nutrition and mental personal development
  2. Implement interactive teaching methods using skilled professionals who are equipped with knowledge, understanding and the necessary attitude to be effective.
  3. Empower participants into taking control of their health by identifying what is important to them and what is their real value to make better choices. This in turn will help them to recognise their real source of wealth.
  4. Reduce inactivity by increasing access, awareness and participation in fitness
  5. Increase social cohesion and well-being through sport and other community activities.
Zest of Mind advises that all participants that have any pre-existing physical, emotional or mental health conditions should seek the permission of a GP or psychotherapist to take part in some of our wellbeing programmes.
